Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development & Maintenance: Build new application features while optimizing and maintaining existing codebases.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, efficient code and review peers' pull requests to uphold high-quality deliverables. Ensure services are adequately monitored.
- Architecture & Design: Participate in the research, system design, and implementation of architectural decisions into production code.
- Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose system bugs, analyze technical limitations, and deploy effective fixes. Participate in an on-call rotation for production issues.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Interact with product managers, QA testers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior developers on the team and assist colleagues with technical challenges.
Qualifications
Common
- Strong fundamentals in software development and computer science.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Back-end
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure.
