Core Work Includes:
- Creating custom AI applications that will impact millions of citizens
- Generating high-quality training data for national large language models (LLMs)
- Offering upskilling and advisory services to spread the impact of AI
Example Projects:
- Build reinforcement learning and post-training data pipelines that empower frontier model development
- Develop evaluation infrastructures for measuring model reliability for enterprise and public sector clients
- Ship agentic AI applications with tooling that ensures they are observable, testable, and safe for deployment
- Create tools that speed up the onboarding of new qualified contributors on the company's platform
- Develop fraud-detection systems to secure the company's contributor base
- Estimate task and contributor quality through models to ensure quality at scale
- Design advanced matching algorithms to connect contributors with customers for optimal turnaround and accuracy
- Optimize UI/UX tooling combined with ML algorithms for over 100,000 contributors executing billions of complex tasks
- Create AI infrastructure products for visualizing, querying, and exploring the company's data
- Build a customer service retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) application capable of handling thousands of inquiries daily
- Integrate machine learning models predicting customer churn into retention systems
Requirements:
- Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), Computer Engineering, or Statistics
- Product engineering experience, including full-stack web app development, API integration, customer engagement, and iterative product development
- Previous internship experience in Product/Software Engineering
- Proven ability to ship high-quality products at scale
- Experience building systems capable of processing large data volumes
- Proficiency in Python, Typescript, React, and/or MongoDB
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems through internships, research, or personal projects
- Open source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects
