We are looking for an Observability Engineer whose role is crucial in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our systems. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the bank's infrastructure, applications, and services to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact our customers. Your work will help us maintain high levels of availability and reliability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and scale observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems related to observability solutions.
- Research and implement new technologies and solutions to improve observability.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure observability solutions align with requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and IT professionals to efficiently deploy and maintain observability solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to observability solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and provide reports to management.
- Implement best practices and processes for observability solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies related to observability solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
What You Should Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are a plus.
