Key Responsibilities:
- Build robust, scalable container images
- Work on automated CI/CD processes for building, testing, and publishing container images
- Write tools and tests for security compliance and cloud-native compatibility
- Participate in code and architectural review processes
- Contribute to the development of Python- and Go-based container-building tools
- Mentor junior team members and assist in hiring
- Engage with the open-source community as a subject-matter expert
- Travel globally for team sprints (up to 15%)
What We Are Looking For:
- Passionate about software development with a strong collaborative spirit
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and workflows
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software
- Experience in building container images and using tools like Docker or Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Python and experience in Linux systems administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a similar field
