Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support by handling complex technical issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of the software's architecture and code to identify and fix intricate problems.
Deliver immediate hotfixes and long-term improvements for customer-facing defects.
Analyze software code to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with the customer success team regarding complex technical issues.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while meeting high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in technologies/languages including Ruby On Rails, SQL, Kafka Streaming, and basic AWS services is essential.
Experience with NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills.
