Responsibilities:

Handle complex technical issues as Level 2 support.
Have a deep understanding of the software's architecture and code to identify and fix intricate problems.
Provide immediate hotfixes and long-term improvements for customer-facing defects.
Analyze software code to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Communicate complex technical issues to the customer success team in a clear and understandable manner.
Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Ruby On Rails, SQL, Kafka Streaming, and basic AWS services is a must.
Knowledge of NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript is a nice-to-have.
Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills.
