Software Engineer - Ruby On Rails

The Software Engineer - Ruby On Rails will work as part of our dynamic team, playing a key role in assisting clients with technical issues. This role involves answering technical questions and dealing with incidents as they arise, providing exceptional support to ensure clients have a seamless experience with our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex technical issues as Level 2 support.
• Have a deep understanding of the software's architecture and code to identify and fix intricate problems.
• Provide immediate hotfixes and long-term improvements for customer-facing defects.
• Analyze software code to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Communicate complex technical issues to the customer success team in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby On Rails, SQL, Kafka Streaming, and basic AWS services is a must.
• Knowledge of NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript is a nice-to-have.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills.
