The Team:
Our Product Engineering teams are at the core of crypto, markets, and customer experience. Engineers collaborate closely with Product and Design to co-create product requirements, ensuring that every technical decision positively impacts traders and the evolving crypto ecosystem.
The Opportunity:
- Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries that support trading, payments, and crypto experiences, focusing on reliability, performance, and user impact.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that meets the demands of revenue-critical systems while maintaining high safety and security standards.
- Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture, translating evolving product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions.
- Work with hundreds of experienced Rust engineers within a high-performance, product-driven engineering culture.
Skills You Should HODL:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, especially in developing consumer-facing products.
- Proficiency in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
- A security-first mindset when designing systems.
- Ability to autonomously debug issues across the OS, network, and application layers.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies, including RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems.
Language Requirements:
As a fully remote company with team members across 70+ countries, fluency in English is essential; other languages spoken by team members are valued.
