As a Software Engineer (Shopify), you will be responsible for all aspects of software architecture and development, from high-level to low-level design, testing, and documentation. This position offers a chance to impact and help shape the future of the company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of E-commerce Solutions: Develop e-commerce solutions ensuring they meet high standards of quality, usability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Design and Develop Microservices and APIs: Involved in designing and developing microservices and APIs to support the backend of e-commerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with teams including sales, product, marketing, engineering, IT, and operations to implement enhancements.
  • Drive Adoption and Integration of Shopify: Manage the ongoing development of the Shopify tool and support its adoption and integration across the organization.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Full-Stack development experience on Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Headless Services framework, and platform capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in building responsive, scalable e-commerce websites.
  • Frontend development proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Vue.
  • Experience working with Figma and understanding Shopify concepts like Collections, Products, Discounts, and Promotions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Awareness of DevOps, including Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Release Management practices.
