The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing applications that are aligned with best practices and standards set by the Software Engineering chapter. Key accountabilities include contributing to low-level architecture/technical design aligned with high-level solutions and business requirements, performing peer code reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance team quality, making recommendations on coding standards and best practices, and working within an agile development team to analyze and decompose stories into tasks for simpler implementation. The engineer will proactively identify new frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency of the development team, take responsibility for the end-to-end quality of deliverables, provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, and communicate clearly and effectively with team members throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

Education & Experience: 4-6 years' experience following the Scrum methodology (certification is desirable), 4-6 years' experience in software development covering the full development life cycle, knowledge of SAFe is desirable, and experience in a fast-paced software engineering environment. Good communication skills and the ability to provide technical inputs for low-level design, along with the ability to interact with Solution Architects, are essential. Knowledge of design patterns, industry best practices, and standards is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Language Requirements: Proficiencies in relevant technical languages and frameworks as determined by specific job prerequisites.
