Core Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in various projects that contribute to the company's mission, including:

• Creating custom AI applications that will impact millions of citizens.
• Generating high-quality training data for national large language models (LLMs).
• Providing upskilling and advisory services to extend the influence of AI across sectors.

Example Projects:

• Build reinforcement learning and post-training data pipelines that power frontier model development.
• Develop evaluation infrastructure to measure model reliability for enterprise and public sector customers.
• Ship agentic AI applications alongside tools to ensure they are observable, testable, and safe.
• Create tools that facilitate the growth of new qualified contributors on the company's platform.
• Develop fraud-detection systems to maintain the company's contributor base integrity.
• Utilize models to estimate the quality of tasks and contributors, ensuring excellence at scale.
• Devise advanced algorithms for matching contributors to clients for superior responsiveness and accuracy.
• Create optimized UI/UX tools in collaboration with ML algorithms for a vast contributor network.
• Develop new AI infrastructure products to visualize, query, and explore company data.

Requirements

• Graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, or Statistics.
• Availability for a Summer 2027 internship (May/June start dates) in San Francisco.
• Product engineering experience including building full-stack web applications, integrating relevant APIs, customer engagement, and iteration on product builds.
• Prior internship experience in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features.
• Experience in building systems capable of handling large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Python, Typescript, React, and/or MongoDB.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems gained through coursework, research, or personal projects.
• Open source contributions or a portfolio showcasing shipped side projects.

Travel and Contract Information

• This internship is expected to be located in San Francisco for the summer session.
• Candidates applying based in Qatar need to be aware of residency and employment permissions required by Qatari authorities, which involve personal information for visa processing.
