• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Drive the software development lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience 10 years plus in software development, with at least 6 years plus in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating high-performing teams.
