As an engineering manager, your primary responsibility is to the people you support, ensuring they are growing as engineers and doing valuable work. We're looking for technical leadership and a solid background in software development to challenge and grow your team members. You will have the opportunity to influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work with your team on strategy and execution.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Remote role based in the EMEA region)
Work Conditions: Full-time, remote with international travel up to 6 weeks per year for internal and external events
Responsibilities:

- Lead the ongoing development of Launchpad and advocate for modern, agile software development practices

- Actively engage with the broader leadership team
Who You Are:
- Experience leading a distributed team to deliver features and manage production services at scale
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members
- Knowledgeable and passionate about technology with a track record of delivering high-quality software
- Experience designing and evolving complex distributed systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience in an agile development environment
