Roles and Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee multiple software development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or related technology sectors preferred.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing Software Engineering teams with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and scalable system design.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
