Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction of your team and contribute to the technical strategy for the screening modules.
- Guide and coach an exceptional team of engineers, mentoring them both technically and non-technically.
- Assist team members in shaping their careers while fostering a self-organized, agile, and autonomous team environment.
- Establish and enhance engineering practices to improve engagement, delivery speed, and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers to lead team projects and manage stakeholders, dependencies, roadmaps, and costs.
- Identify necessary changes and execute them effectively to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of the overall architecture, particularly for systems managed by your team.
- Scale various organizational processes, including engineering hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience, including no less than 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring teams with a track record of hiring top international talent.
- Strong understanding of product and business KPIs and the ability to convert them into objectives through the OKR framework.
- Proficient in building complex applications with knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and microservice architecture.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
