Responsibilities
- Work in an innovation-driven, collaborative environment to understand requirements, architect, design, and implement functionalities/features
- Work with customers, understand their requirements, and translate them to product features
- Work in an agile development environment and be part of large-scale scrums
- Contribute to all phases of software development including development and testing
- Experience a culture of continuous learning to aid progression
- Develop proof of concepts to establish technical feasibility
- Mentor junior members
- Work with various open source products and actively contribute back to their community
- Work on cloud and software product deployments
- Be part of the core team to set up and establish this mission
Required Qualifications
- Should be from a development background with more than 15 years of experience
- Led medium to large teams in the past
- Demonstrate team-building expertise and delivery of large system integrations
- Comfortable with agile methodology of project delivery
- Manage senior executives and program stakeholders
- Translate the vision and objective of the mission to the team
- Experience as a front-end, back-end, or full-stack developer/development manager
- Working knowledge in Container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
- Working knowledge of OpenShift
- Experience working with Automation and Integration processes and tools like Jenkins
- Experienced with tools such as GitHub
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM-based environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Team leading and leadership experience for Senior Bands
- Influencing skills
- Experience of having worked in global organizations will be an added advantage
