Key Responsibilities

Manage and track defects using JIRA with proper documentation and timely resolution
Provide regular status updates via daily/weekly reports and stakeholder meetings
Perform end-to-end testing including functional, GUI, system, integration, and backend testing
Validate backend data using SQL queries and ensure data integrity
Test APIs and reporting functionalities, particularly for fintech or financial systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user stories meet business requirements
Document testing processes and maintain clear sprint records
Assist in creating and reviewing screen mockups and support UI validation
Identify, log, and verify defects; support bug fixing and system maintenance

Preferred Skills

Experience in fintech or financial platforms
ISTQB certification is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Mandatory: Experience in API testing, mobile application testing, and database validation.
