One of the leading software suites in the world for managing quality, health, safety, and environmental risks, Synergi Life has over 750,000 users and provides more than 350 companies globally with tools to oversee and manage enterprise risk. This platform consists of various customizable modules and is delivered primarily as a SaaS solution.
Currently, we are seeking a Software Solution Consultant to enhance our QHSE Customer Solution Design team, based in Dubai, Middle East. The role reports to the Head of Section Global QHSE Customer Solution Design and may involve occasional travel to customer sites within the supported regions. In this role, you will engage with external customers, configuring and implementing solutions while providing advice and guidance related to Synergi Life software and best practices that align with customer requirements.

Qualifications
Business Advisory:
- Participate in workshops and meetings to gather customer requirements, preparing specification documents and scopes of work accordingly.
- Advise external customers on best practices to maximize ROI on their Synergi Life system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance value in customers' implementations and spot sales opportunities with existing customers.
Project Delivery:
- Configure the Synergi Life application to meet customer-agreed requirements.
- Conduct testing of installations and configurations completed by yourself and other consultants.
- Act as a project manager for smaller implementations and configuration projects.
Competences Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages, especially:
- MS SQL (high level of expertise required)
- Powershell, Python, C#, .Net (advantageous)
- Solid experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Proficient with Windows Server and web technologies.
- Familiarity with the Synergi Life system, including database structure, is advantageous.
- Background in HSEQ or Risk domains is a plus.
- Previous experience in the energy sector is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud-based services is an advantage.
