Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Analysis: Evaluate existing business and operational workflows for effective mapping onto the Kodiak system.
- Data Provisioning: Oversee technical data analysis and entry, specifically managing system provisioning with the Corporate Administration Tool (CAT).
- End-User Engagement: Collaborate with end-user organizations to provide product training and support.
- Feedback Integration: Collect user feedback to inform software development and drive product improvements.
- Configuration Support: Aid in complex fleet mapping and dispatcher configurations during on-site deployment.
- Compliance & Sensitivity: Handle sensitive operational data in alignment with security and language guidelines.
- Governance & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and timesheets for project compliance.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical customer success, data analysis, or training.
- Preferred experience in telecommunications, fleet management, or dispatcher tools.
Key Skills:
- Fluency in written and verbal Arabic and English (mandatory for effective communication).
- Strong data analysis and entry capabilities, particularly with provisioning tools like CAT.
- Exceptional training and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
