Software Systems Support Engineer

The Software Systems Support Engineer will conduct accurate studies and analyses of the organization's existing systems and software to determine system operations for external use by customers or internal use among employees. The role involves identifying opportunities that will contribute to improving the effectiveness and quality of work procedures, as well as conducting internal and information systems studies to implement best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing partnerships with systems and software development consultants, service providers, and external system and application designers.
• Designing, developing, programming, and selecting software applications and systems by reviewing test scenarios and data packages.
• Conducting comprehensive testing of technical systems to be developed or modified using specified models.
• Identifying technical problems in applications and systems and assessing hardware and infrastructure elements.
• Documenting technical procedures and supervising the preparation of user manuals by reviewing detailed design documents for system development.
• Ensuring the quality of service provision to achieve high levels of user satisfaction.
• Preparing and implementing user training plans on software and applications, along with training course evaluation reports.
