Software Test Engineer

As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing and validation of card products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve performing end-to-end testing of various card types, including EMV chip cards, contactless payments, prepaid cards, and magstripe. You will also conduct both manual and automated testing across different devices such as POS terminals, ATMs, and mobile wallets, while identifying opportunities for test automation.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed test plans and cases, executing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, and ensuring that defects are tracked throughout their life cycle. You will analyze and troubleshoot issues during testing and collaborate with development and operations teams to address any problems related to card functionality and security. Additionally, you will ensure all testing processes comply with security standards, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing progress and metrics.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
