You will need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of experience in software testing or QA engineering. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is essential, as well as hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), API testing tools (such as Postman or REST Assured), and a basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial for this position.
Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ISTQB certification or equivalent.
