Solution Advisor Expert

The company Business Transformation Management (BTM) is hiring a Solution Advisor Expert. BTM is a key part of the company's portfolio of solutions that supports our customers to realize holistic, data-driven business transformations for faster time to insight and adaptation. Our mission is to help customers understand where and how they can accelerate their business transformation by uncovering opportunities to improve processes, gain key business insights, better understand and optimize their technology landscape, and support their employees on best-practice adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the company BTM sales teams and Customer Advisory colleagues to support customer sales engagements by positioning the Integrated Toolchain and/or BTM solutions.
• Presenting and positioning the company BTM in the context of the company's core strategy for RISE/Cloud ERP transformation and Business Suite adoption.
• Engaging at the C-Suite level with customers to build and articulate the value of the company BTM and raise overall visibility of transformation management as a key part of business change.
• Leading and supporting the creation of compelling business cases for customer transformation.
• Supporting the creation and delivery of sales plays to drive market awareness and demand for the portfolio.
• Presenting at key events (both internal and external) on the company Business Transformation Management and the Integrated Toolchain.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the company and business transformation best practices.
• Experience in creating and supporting the delivery of world-class customer engagements.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor on business transformation.
