Solution Advisor Expert

As the Solution Advisor Expert, you will be the go-to person for the company Global Trade Services (GTS) and the company Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) within the MEA – Black Belt team. You will leverage your deep expertise in the company GTS and your solid finance background to support the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep GTS/GRC solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers.
• Lead structured discovery workshops with Trade Compliance, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and IT to map “as-is/to-be” processes and value drivers.
• Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements; proactively handle objections and competitive positioning.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy, including multi-country rollout strategy, operating model, and governance.
• Shape solution scope and architecture across the company landscape, including integration touchpoints, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in company Finance / Supply Chain-adjacent processes with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution-specific segment.
• Solid financial background and strong comfort discussing CFO topics (working capital, cost-to-serve, controls/auditability, risk exposure, and business case framing).
• Strong knowledge of company ECC/S/4HANA with deep expertise in company GTS, focusing on areas like compliance screening, license management, customs understanding, and order-to-cash fundamentals.
• Viewed as a solutions/Lines of Business/Industry expert across company with a track record of success.
