Position

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent early in their career based in Qatar. As a Solution Advisor, you will work closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions. You will be the “subject matter expert” responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle, providing deal support by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations. You will deliver software demonstrations that help customers understand SAP’s unique value proposition.

As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully completing a 10-month program that strengthens a foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
  • Participating in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues globally and acquiring a wide variety of business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with innovative technologies.
  • Receiving on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor and gaining real-world experience by assisting customers in their Digital Transformation journey.
  • Leading customer discovery sessions and producing impactful software demonstrations post-program completion.
  • Providing demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution by responding to requests for proposals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in technical and business processes and relevant customer-facing skills.
  • Technical and business process knowledge, combined with strong complex problem-solving skills.
  • A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong ability to learn new concepts quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify business problems that can be solved using AI.
  • Resilient mindset with a commitment to growth and success.
  • Strong business acumen demonstrated through knowledge of business processes and industries.
  • Proficiency in English and must be based in Qatar.

Work Conditions
SAP employees are given the option to work under a hybrid model, typically involving three days a week in the office or on-site. Participants in the program may need to engage in an immersive portion that could involve travel to San Ramon, California, with the final decision communicated in advance.
