Role Purpose:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices for high-quality product delivery. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on development, serving as the primary technical advisor for projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead architectural design decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation and coordinate with team members.
- Team Development & Collaboration:
- Mentor team members and facilitate effective communication using agile methodologies.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
- Implement coding standards, testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Identify and lead process improvements in development workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Present progress updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in software development, with substantial experience in leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Methodologies & Tools:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational capability.
