As an experienced Software Engineer in the Support organization aligned with the client team, you will work in a collaborative team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients. You will utilize Oracle Health technologies to prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects. Your technical skills in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and CCL will be essential for investigating scripts and the functionalities that are directly impacted. Your role will involve creating new scripts and programs, gathering requirements, designing and deploying reports and tools, and making changes to existing custom MPages within the client domain. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to enhance Oracle Health’s innovations and capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts for custom MPages and scripting.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex custom MPages and CCL scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom MPages and CCL.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Willingness to work 100% on client sites and additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT with a strong focus on Custom MPage solutions and Cerner Millennium environment.
- Proven experience in scripting languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS, and CCL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working or creating new custom MPages.
- Experience with two or more Oracle Health Millennium products.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organizations.
