The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding various requirements related to payment and card systems, providing detailed solution designs that adhere to non-functional requirements, and creating technical solutions for specific business problems aligned with the company’s enterprise architecture strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver solutions for payments/cards systems.
- Present tactical and strategic architectural options to senior management.
- Manage and review application, data, and technology components from an enterprise architecture perspective.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the bank’s systems architecture.
- Ensure scalability, disaster recovery, and system performance are accounted for in system architecture.
- Facilitate effective integration of all banking systems, especially during new system implementations.
- Define technology roadmap and govern technology portfolio from an Enterprise/Digital Application Architecture perspective.
- Align solutions with Agile and DevOps project delivery methodologies.
Qualifications:

Years of Experience: 10+ years

Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of payments, card issuing, and acquiring transaction flows.
- Experience integrating in-house applications with third-party fintechs.
- Knowledge of ISO8583, MT & MX messages.
- Experience defining API specifications for REST or web services.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments and technologies.
- Good working knowledge of application development/integration (preferably Java, Spring Framework, Angular, React, TIBCO).

Desired Skills:
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of security standards, data confidentiality, and best practices in application architecture.
