The Solutions Architect (SA) plays a crucial technical leadership role supporting a Sales region, with a focus on Application Delivery Controller (ADC) infrastructure and modern apps, including AI architectures and automation. The SA will work collaboratively with Sales teams to identify F5 solutions that meet customer business needs, providing technical expertise across various industries. This role also entails sharing knowledge through whitepapers, trainings, demos, and presentations.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Travel Requirement: Up to 30%
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise within assigned areas of specialization.
- Listen to customer requirements and align them with the best possible solutions from the F5 portfolio.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor within the technical specialization area.
- Collaborate with other solution architects and internal business leaders to address common customer challenges.
- Support product management and services teams with technical insights for product launches and updates.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of application delivery (ADC, DNS) across hardware, software, and SaaS architectures.
- Experience with automation tools and principles (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Git).
- Strong understanding of app delivery and networking in public and private cloud platforms.
- Solid knowledge of microservices, containers, and Kubernetes platforms.
- Deep knowledge of F5 Solutions, application security, and architectural problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with relevant certifications being a plus.
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
