Solution Architect: FSI

As an experienced Solution Architect in the Support Services Organization aligned with the client team, you will provide functional and technical expertise to clients in a team environment. Your role will involve prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific requests and projects both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. You will utilize troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications by gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. Moreover, you will leverage your expertise to drive Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with FSI solutions, OpenLink, and integrated solution modules (at least 6+ years).
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues.
• Lead client meetings and events.
• Drive internal team initiatives.
• Implementation/Support work experience (at least 3+ years).
• Health care information technology work (at least 3+ years).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
• Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.

• Willing to work 100% from the client site (Doha, Qatar).
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets.
