Solution Architect

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This full-time, on-site role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and design a ServiceNow solution that meets those requirements.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the ServiceNow solution, coordinating with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout.
• Integration: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other organizational systems, such as HR or IT systems.
• Customization: Customize ServiceNow to address the specific needs of the organization by developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Testing: Conduct testing of the ServiceNow solution to ensure compliance with requirements and functionality.
• Documentation: Generate documentation for the ServiceNow solution, detailing requirements, design, and implementation specifics.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including creating custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including modules, databases, and security.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to designing solutions.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required.
