About the Job:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the platform, troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, and attending emergency callouts for system issues and customer concerns. The role requires competence in various technologies, including Java, PLSQL, and web technologies, as well as familiarity with Intelligent Networks and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform operations and maintenance of the platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Attend emergency callouts for system issues and customer complaints.

Technical Skills Required:

Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux
Languages: Java, PLSQL
Web Technologies: HTML, XML, Web Services, SOAP
Application Servers: Tomcat 6.0, Web Logic Server 8.0
Scripting Languages: Shell Script
Preferred Knowledge: Intelligent Networks (Ericsson IN), UCIP protocol over AIR, Fulfillment Domain experience, and familiarity with BSS concepts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (B.E, MCA, MSc, Btech).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
