Your role as a Solution Architect involves delivering solution designs and defining engineering methods for our client’s core mission platforms, typically in compute/storage networking domains. You will shape innovative solutions to problems, underpinned by robust delivery and engineering methods, thereby delivering cutting-edge capabilities essential to our client's business.
You will be required to shape solution designs following a structured methodology appropriate to the project, define system requirements for a software solution, oversee implementation, ensure design meets both functional and non-functional requirements, work with technical design authorities, and promote good practices in engineering methods.
Responsibilities Include:
- Shaping and driving solution thinking for complex bids and delivery engagements.
- Defining system requirements for scalable and resilient applications.
- Overseeing the implementation in collaboration with other architects.
- Directing estimation efforts to understand potential solution costs and delivery timescales.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in a relevant IT subject or related Business degree is essential.
- 12+ years of experience in supporting the delivery of medium-sized projects.
- Experience in digital skillsets such as Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Development, Testing, Database Management, and IT Management.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, ZACHMAN, and Archimate standards is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain SC Clearance.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
