As a Solution Architect within our Support Organization, you will join a collaborative team to deliver functional and technical expertise to our clients. You will utilize Oracle Cerner technologies to effectively prioritize and address issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Investigate front-end applications using troubleshooting tools, gathering information, shadowing end users, and testing workflows to resolve incidents and maintain application performance.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Ensure incident resolution and application maintenance to deliver value outcomes for Oracle and our clients.
- Adhere to organizational security policies to safeguard corporate and client assets.
- Participate in on-call rotations and be willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Cerner Millennium and related components, including Physician Documentation, Powerorders, PowerPlans, MPages, Nursing Integration, and Emergency Medicine.
- Minimum 3 years of software implementation experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare information technology.
- 1 year of customer service experience is required; a clinical background is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
