Position

The Solution Architect for LeanIX at BlackStone eIT is a temporary position focused on optimizing and managing enterprise architecture management solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define lean architecture objectives.
  • Design and implement LeanIX solutions that align with business goals and enhance visibility across IT assets.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote best practices and effective use of LeanIX.
  • Analyze existing architecture frameworks and provide recommendations for improvement through LeanIX.
  • Monitor and assess LeanIX performance to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
  • Communicate progress and key findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Develop documentation, including architectural diagrams, reports, and user manuals.
  • Support change management initiatives related to the adoption of LeanIX.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture management.
  • Proven experience with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and present architectural solutions.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from diverse business units.
  • Ability to train and engage users on LeanIX best practices and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management processes.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a temporary role.
