Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define lean architecture objectives.
- Design and implement LeanIX solutions that align with business goals and enhance visibility across IT assets.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote best practices and effective use of LeanIX.
- Analyze existing architecture frameworks and provide recommendations for improvement through LeanIX.
- Monitor and assess LeanIX performance to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
- Communicate progress and key findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Develop documentation, including architectural diagrams, reports, and user manuals.
- Support change management initiatives related to the adoption of LeanIX.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture management.
- Proven experience with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and present architectural solutions.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from diverse business units.
- Ability to train and engage users on LeanIX best practices and functionalities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in change management processes.
- Previous experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a temporary role.
