About the Job:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end lending solutions across Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Core Banking platforms such as FinnOne, Finacle, Temenos Transact (T24), Oracle Banking, and similar banking products. This role requires strong expertise in retail and corporate lending processes, integration architecture, digital onboarding, credit bureau integrations, and enterprise banking ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end architecture for lending transformation programs.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient lending solutions across origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, collections, and closure.
- Translate business requirements into High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and banking regulations.
- Own solution architecture for various loan types, including personal, auto, mortgage, SME, corporate, and Islamic financing products.
- Collaborate with teams across credit operations, risk, and product ownership.
- Lead migration initiatives and support data migration and reconciliation.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience with FinnOne, Finacle Lending, Temenos T24, Oracle Banking, or similar products.
- Expertise in Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems.
- API & Microservices Architecture.
- Integration Architecture (ESB/API Gateway/Kafka).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 10-15+ years of banking technology experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Solution Architecture roles.
- Experience with large-scale banking transformation or lending modernization programs.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
