As a Solutions Architect at Veeam, you will work closely with sales, addressing customer challenges and promoting our product offerings to partners, resellers, and end users. Your expertise will be essential in engaging deeply with opportunities to ensure success in both pre-sales and post-sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams through pre-sales engagements and post-sales relationships.
- Provide architectural designs for large-scale proofs of concept and technical alliance validations.
- Share subject matter expertise on Veeam product suites with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis, and strategies to support deployment engagements.
- Actively contribute to the Veeam Community Forums.
- Represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations.
Qualifications:
- Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and RedHat.
- Hands-on experience with large and complex data center infrastructure operations.
- Understanding of the top three Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
- Experience with relational database software.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to groups, both on the phone and in person.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Self-starter with a quick ability to learn new technologies.
- Possess project management skills and demonstrated logical problem-solving capabilities.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
