Job Description
At Veeam, Solutions Architects collaborate closely with sales teams to address customer challenges and promote our product offerings to partners, resellers, and end users. They provide a high level of subject matter expertise and engage deeply with opportunities across the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring success both before and after sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales opportunities by engaging in pre-sales and post-sales relationships.
- Design architectural solutions and participate in large-scale proof-of-concept projects, technical alliance validations, and post-sales implementations.
- Offer expertise on Veeam product suites to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Create whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis, and deployment strategies as needed to bolster sales efforts.
- Actively participate in the Veeam Community Forums.
- Represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations as a knowledgeable expert.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with hypervisor technologies from various vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and RedHat.
- Practical knowledge of large and complex datacenter operations.
- Understanding of leading Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
- Experience with relational database software.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages for automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to groups, both virtually and in-person.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated with a strong capacity for learning new technologies.
- Project management skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
