Solution Architect – OTM

About the Job:
The Solution Architect owns the functional and solution architecture of the OTM implementation, ensuring alignment with business logistics processes and enterprise architecture. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing end-to-end OTM solutions covering planning, execution, freight settlement, and reporting.
• Translating business requirements into scalable OTM solutions.
• Collaborating with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Defining integration touchpoints with ERP, WMS, customs, carriers, and third parties.
• Validating solution designs and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Supporting UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness.

Skills & Experience:

• 8-12+ years of experience in transportation and logistics solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OTM implementations.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and transportation processes.
• Excellent communication and solution design skills.
