Solution Architect: Patient Accounting

About
As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with Patient Accounting, 3rd Party Claims Management, and integrated solution modules for at least 6+ years.
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues.
• Lead client meetings and events.
• Implementation/Support work experience, at least 3+ years in Health care information technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
• Experience working in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.
