About the Job:
The company, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect (Pre Sales) to play a vital role in positioning the company's security solutions to customers and prospects. The successful candidate will create technical content for proposals and RFP responses, and be critical in ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts (POCs). Post-implementation, this role will focus on customer success, collaborating with the implementation team, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
The position is strongly sales-focused and essential for the company's market success. Candidates are required to hold a university degree in a related field and relevant security certifications from both vendors and independent sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.
  • Assist Business Development Managers in customer meetings, focusing on technical solution positioning.
  • Support strategic account planning from a technology standpoint.
  • Manage customer expectations during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with vendor presales and internal technology leads.
  • Create high-end technical content for proposals and RFPs.
  • Define scope of work (SOW) for solutions.
  • Coordinate third-party technical involvement for presales processes.
  • Manage, execute, and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) activities with customers.
  • Close sales opportunities from a technical perspective.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong technical architectural understanding of key technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of Cyber and information security challenges.
  • Technical understanding of IaaS and SaaS is an advantage.
  • Strong consulting skills with a blend of technical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and report writing.
  • Strong presentation skills and business acumen.
  • Flexible work approach based on job requirements; must be a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written command of English.
