Leveraging deep technical knowledge, industry understanding, and solution selling skills, you will serve as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate complex situations with the company's offerings. This role involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, platform, services, and customer success to ensure strategic alignment, impactful execution, and the achievement of measurable outcomes.

Success relies on building strong client relationships, architecting innovative and scalable solutions, and driving sustained customer value. A proactive, customer-centric approach is essential, along with the capacity to foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve lasting success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the technical expert at assigned customer accounts, understanding their goals and challenges while serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Act as the technical advisor to the Sales team, providing strategic input on technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise and solutions.
  • Design and present technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with business objectives.
  • Own the technical win for each opportunity by coordinating the right people, resources, and messaging.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support, resolving issues and driving adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture and managing the full sales lifecycle.
  • Foundational knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, with expertise in hybrid cloud, automation, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, and platform engineering.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in customer success and technical account planning.
  • Strong discovery, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business requirements.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
