You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical vision and direction, ensuring code quality and system security, and leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical vision and direction, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Oversee the design and implementation of IT systems for cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and technology specialists.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for the production of software and applications.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and processes for high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and maintain backend components using PHP Laravel and manage content with Contentful CMS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends to keep applications cutting-edge.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in software development and system integration.
- Proven experience in PHP Laravel and React JS development (12+ years).
- Database architecture skills with MongoDB, Redis, or similar NoSQL systems.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Full-stack development experience is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Knowledge of other programming languages (Python, Ruby, etc.).
- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Familiarity with machine learning and/or AI.
