As a Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. You will also use your solution knowledge/expertise to bring about Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Experience working with Radiology & Imaging solution modules. At least 4+ years.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Implementation/Support work experience, at least 2+ years.
- Health care information technology work, at least 2+ years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.

- Willing to work 100% from the client site (Doha, Qatar).
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets.
