The xLoS Solution Architect is responsible for developing comprehensive solutions that span multiple lines of service, typically in non-traditional industries. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, and supporting market activation to deliver enhanced client value.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the cross line of service solution strategy for Managed Services offerings, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the design and development of integrated solutions that cater to the unique needs of multiple lines of service.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cross-functional requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to optimize client business processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among technical professionals, architects, and support staff.
- Stay updated with emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in solution approaches.
- Ensure compliance with technology contracts and standards and identify potential risks and challenges associated with solution development.

- Minimum of 12 years of professional work experience with a proven portfolio of projects in solution management across various industries, preferably in the Middle East, with experience in managing and leading teams.
