As a Solution Architect Senior Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Deloitte Consulting and engagement leadership on strategic contract matters during the delivery of large-scale, high-risk engagements within public, private, or financial services sectors. Your role will involve running independent reviews in support of partner-hosted Strategic Review Boards (SRB) and working directly with senior-level executives and large engagement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture (functional, application, security, integration, data, UI/UX, infrastructure/hosting)
- Solution Sizing (infrastructure, APIs, licenses, integration)
- License agreements (BRMs, SEC)
- Reviewing complex Large Transformations across Solution Delivery (Governance, PMO, Design Authority)
- Developing and analyzing design and business cases
- RACI analysis (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)
- Operating and Support Model
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Strong commercial understanding of engagement deal economics and profitability levers
- Ability to evaluate risks associated with large professional services engagements
- Exceptional communication skills in articulating complex contractual details to project teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Proven ability to manage high workloads effectively and work autonomously
- History of establishing relationships with client procurement, finance, or legal teams
- Experience in digital banking and enterprise architecture is essential
