The Solution Architect for Telecom OSS & BSS will be responsible for leading transformation programs aimed at improving customer experiences and operational efficiencies for telecommunications companies. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of BSS architecture, including service delivery for telecom operators. Candidates should have hands-on experience with the customer and billing domain, having led digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer interactions and speed to market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of catalogue-centric architecture and enterprise products such as IPVPN, SDWAN, and VPBX.
  • Managing business assurance frameworks for new product implementation, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) from various perspectives, including revenue, process, and customer.
  • Analyzing business requirements and creating system designs for CRM/RMS solutions, focusing on customer and account management, rating, billing, and payment processes.
  • Overseeing the implementation and operation of billing systems, ensuring improved customer experience and billing accuracy.
  • Utilizing deep knowledge of COTS products like Hansen, Ericsson, Oracle, and Salesforce to drive project success.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in OSS, with a solid understanding of telecommunications networking technologies, including RAN, Core, IP Transport, and Cloud Infrastructure relevant to telecom environments. Strong consultative skills are essential for accurately capturing technical requirements based on stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, project planning, solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with service management tools and network monitoring technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills focused on customer-centric solutions.
