You will be responsible for managing programs across the Customer and Billing domains, implementing Business Assurance frameworks, and ensuring successful CRM and RMS solutions for a range of customer types.

Key Responsibilities
BSS:
- Lead transformation programs in the Customer and Billing domain to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee the digital transformation program for telecom operators, focusing on BSS stack improvements.
- Manage CRM/RMS solutions, including customer account management, rating, billing, and payment processing.
- Define KPIs for new product implementations from various perspectives including revenue and regulatory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for business reporting and progress management in CRM/Billing operations.
- Program manage the billing implementation and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
OSS:
- Work with customers and vendors to understand the OSS Telco product portfolio and general architectural principles.
- Familiarize with mobile telecommunications technologies, including RAN, Core, and IP Transport.
- Exhibit strong consultative skills to capture stakeholder needs and define technical requirements.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and expertise in software design, development, and deployment.
- Utilize service management tools and network monitoring tools for effective project execution and reporting.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of BSS architecture and business assurance frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as BMC Remedy, Zabbix, Grafana, and ITSM systems.
- Experience with various COTS products in the telecom billing space, such as Oracle BRM and CSG Singleview.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
