Your Impact
- Participate in business process redesign, create roadmap plans, and identify touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand current business processes in detail.
- Engage in discussions with various levels of the customer’s IT business partners.
- Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external collaborators and team members.
- Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to elicit and define business requirements.
- Create and own user stories/business requirements documents as outcomes of the requirements gathering sessions; detail user stories for the scrum team during agile sprints.
- Participate as needed in UAT and Go-Live processes, including test planning, test script development, testing logistics, test execution, and status reporting.
- Analyze data requirements, structures, and integration points of the process; create mapping to the company's objects or external REST endpoints.
- Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
- Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
- Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
- Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of CRM experience.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business strategies and application objectives and translate those into effective implementation designs.
- Excellent design skills, including the ability to critique visual elements and optimize user flows.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
- Self-directed, with the ability to break down complex processes, assign actions, and manage progress within set timelines.
- Expertise in process modeling tools and standard methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and standard methodologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling.
- Systems analysis and design expertise.
- Evaluation of experience based on alignment to core competencies for the role, which may include extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, or volunteer work.
