Solution Architect/Engagement Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery lead to oversee the delivery of technical solutions, ensure seamless integration across systems, and maintain high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solution architecture, full-stack development, and integration strategies, coupled with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing service delivery, driving technical excellence, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Management:
  Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, SLAs, and quality standards. Track and monitor tasks, verifying correctness, and ensuring timely closure using dashboards and tracking tools. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve technical challenges.

• Solution Architecture and Design:
  Design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions aligned with business needs. Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration strategies for complex systems. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, system design, and integration.

• Integration Expertise:
  Lead integration efforts across multiple systems, platforms, and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Design and implement APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions to enable system connectivity. Manage enterprise integration tools and frameworks to ensure robust and scalable integrations.

• Technical Leadership:
  Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. Plan and prioritize tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Mentor team members and promote best practices in development, integration, and service delivery.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Liaise extensively with business teams, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

• Process Alignment and Governance:
  Establish and adhere to processes in alignment with organizational structures and workflows. Ensure compliance with established standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks.

• Agile and Scrum Practices:
  Work within an agile environment, leveraging Scrum methodologies to manage tasks and deliverables. Prioritize and segregate tasks based on business needs and SLA requirements, ensuring timely completion.

• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
  Ensure high-quality deliverables by tracking and verifying task correctness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in service delivery management with expertise in solution architecture and system integration.
2. Strong programming/coding skills in front-end and back-end technologies, including frameworks such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
3. Deep understanding of integration strategies, API design, and middleware solutions.
4. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
5. Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
7. Experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks.
8. Ability to lead internal and external teams, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
9. Exposure to collaborative environments and cross-functional teamwork.
