Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of BSS Applications including Billing Mediation, CRM & Provisioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in planning and project management.
- Experience in Automation/Robotics and AI/ML tools.
- Proficient in Python coding, Data Modeling, visualization, and design.
- UNIX/LINUX administration experience.
- ORACLE DB SQL development and administration.
- Integration using APIs, Shell scripting, and Kafka.
- Development of Dashboards and Performance reports.
- Day-to-day system management, handling incidents, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with application vendors for timely issue resolution and project delivery.
- Coordinate with D&D, IT & Engineering divisions for F&RA applications and business requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system problems and implement permanent fixes.
- Ensure confidentiality of all customer data and compliance with governance and security policies.
- Expertise in developing loading flows, FM Rule Configuration, Validations/Reconciliation, dashboards, and reports.
- Operation & maintenance of Fraud & Revenue Assurance systems.
- Ensure systems operational excellence and configuration improvements.
- Manage integration deployments using PowerBI, GitHub CoPilot, and CI/CD MS Azure tools.
- Implement solutions in compliance with Cybersecurity and data governance processes.
- Define workflows for auto-action on revenue leakage and fraud cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering (Minimum 4 years of experience required).
